We Had Almost 3 Weeks of Snow!!!

December was a crazy month for us here in Vancouver. We had almost 3 weeks of snow! We usually get anywhere from 5-7 days of snow per year if we are lucky. It was woooonderful! We even had a white Christmas.

Eric and I really enjoyed taking Eli and Greta on night walks in the snow. Everything looked so beautiful and we loved seeing all the Christmas lights reflect on the white backdrop.

But Eli didn't necessarily like waiting in the car while mommy scraped windows and swept snow off the entire car before we could leave. He thought it was really boring!

Learning to eat out isn't always "fun"...

But reading-time with daddy is!

And so is hangin' out with Uncle Brendan (Eric's brother who is living with us)

And being precious and sweet is fun for mommy...

But sometimes I bet my little tush swatted when I try to stand up in the bathtub.
That isn't so fun...but sometimes it can be worth it! :)

Will This Stage Ever End???

Eli has always been prone to spitting up. It is just one of the warnings I have to give anyone who holds him. Well, a few weeks ago I happened to have a camera in my hand when he urped right on Eric's face and then turned around and smiled, evidently he thought it was quite funny. Well, so did I, I must admit. :)
